Customer has the right to claim under given below specified conditions:
Incorrect Product Delivery
Sometimes customers don’t receive the product which is mentioned on the site and selected by the customer, so we take complete responsibility and return it without any shipment fee.
Damaged or Defective Flooring Product
If the product was received with any damage or defect, we will refund it without any charges.
Unused and Genuine Condition
If customers don’t like the color or texture with a change of mind, we will accept the replacement but shipment cost will be imposed on the customer.
Conditions for Disapproval of Return and Refund
Mentioned below are conditions that will disallow Returns or Refunds:
Customized Laminate Flooring Orders
Products that are specially customized according to your requirements are not eligible for return or refund unless a verified defect is identified at time of departure or receiving time.
Products Purchased with Discount or Sales
Laminate flooring items purchased under special offers or promotional discounts are not eligible for return unless there is a genuine issue such as damage or incorrect delivery.
Installed or Used Flooring
After the installation of laminate flooring items, no refund or replacement can be claimed.

- The entire refund and return process can exceed up to 2 business weeks.
- Replacement products are arranged quickly, depending on stock availability.
- If the error is on our side, all related costs including shipping will be fully covered by us.
- In case of personal change of mind, all shipment and service expenses will be applied.
